Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Voice Process to lead our outbound sales team targeting the US market. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing the calling team, generating qualified leads, and converting prospects into clients for our US Accounting and outsourcing services.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and lead the US Voice Sales / Telesales team.
- Drive outbound calling to CPA firms, accounting firms, and US businesses.
- Generate and convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
- Monitor daily calls, leads, appointments, conversions, and revenue targets.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve sales performance.
- Handle key prospects, objections, negotiations, and client communication.
- Develop calling strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
- Maintain sales pipelines and ensure accurate CRM updates.




- Coordinate with the Business Development and Operations teams.
- Prepare and share regular sales performance reports with management.

Required Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in US Voice Sales / Inside Sales / Telesales.
- Experience managing a sales/calling team.
- Strong experience in US B2B sales preferred.
- Excellent spoken English and US client communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- Target-oriented with strong leadership and analytical abilities.
- Experience with CRM and sales tracking tools.
- Experience selling Accounting, Bookkeeping, BPO, KPO, or skilled services is an advantage.
