About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our passenger vehicle sales team and drive retail performance at our Toyota dealership. The ideal candidate should have strong automobile dealership experience, excellent team-handling skills, customer-centric approach, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Drive monthly retail sales, enquiry generation, booking and delivery targets. Lead, motivate and monitor the performance of the Sales Consultants and Team Leaders.

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve dealership sales objectives.
- Monitor the complete sales funnel — Enquiry → Test Drive → Booking → Retail → Delivery.
- Ensure effective lead management, follow-up and CRM practices.
- Improve conversion ratios, test-drive penetration and customer engagement.
- Monitor individual sales consultant performance and conduct regular reviews.




- Ensure high levels of Customer Experience (CX) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Drive sales of Toyota products, accessories, insurance and finance through effective coordination with support teams.
- Analyse daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and take corrective actions.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify current business opportunities.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Service and Customer Relations teams for seamless customer experience.
- Ensure adherence to Toyota standards, processes, systems and brand guidelines.
- Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Support local marketing activities, campaigns, events and lead-generation initiatives.
- Ensure proper vehicle stock planning and optimum inventory management.
- Maintain high standards of showroom presentation and sales discipline.
