About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales professional with a deep understanding of sales, business development, lead conversion, and client relationship management.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the complete sales cycle, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to consistently achieve sales targets. Experience in selling services, particularly in a digital marketing or agency environment, will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closure.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services or solutions.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert qualified prospects into paying clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly track lead status and conversion rates.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential client segments.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.
- Monitor market trends,



competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records.
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in Sales / Business Development.
- Deep understanding of sales processes, sales funnel, lead qualification, conversion, and closing techniques.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and client acquisition.
- Ability to independently manage leads and close deals.
- Strong relationship-building and client-handling skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated approach.
- Positive understanding of CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Experience in selling digital marketing, advertising, IT, SaaS, or other services will be an advantage.
