Key Responsibilities

- Generate business through DSA/Channel Partners, DSTs and other sourcing channels.

- Drive sales of Business Loans / MSME Loans / SME Loans.

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with channel partners.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand the channel network.

- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to disbursement.

- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

- Ensure quality sourcing and maintain portfolio hygiene.

- Coordinate with credit, operations and other internal teams for smooth processing.

- Track market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Min 2 years of experience in Business Loan / MSME / SME
