About the Role

Bharath TVS is looking for an energetic, target-driven Sales Manager to lead our showroom sales operations in Palladam. You will drive monthly sales performance, lead a high-performing sales team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Sales Growth: Lead the team to achieve and exceed monthly two-wheeler sales, finance, and insurance targets.
- Lead & Coach Team: Train, guide, and motivate sales executives to improve lead conversions and close deals.
- Showroom Operations: Manage walk-ins, test drives, vehicle display stock, and seamless vehicle deliveries.
- Customer Satisfaction:



Build strong customer relationships and ensure prompt resolution of inquiries and feedback.

Requirements

- Experience: 3+ years in automobile/two-wheeler sales (supervisory or managerial experience preferred).
- Skills: Solid leadership, negotiation skills, sales pipeline management, and basic computer proficiency.
- Languages: Fluent in Tamil; basic English preferred.
