Role Description This full time, on-site Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager role is based in Kozhikode, Thrissur and Kochi. The role involves managing sales activities for residential projects, including generating and qualifying leads, conducting property presentations and site visits, and guiding prospective buyers through the entire sales cycle.

The person in this position will nurture client relationships, respond to inquiries, negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines, and support the closure of bookings.



Daily responsibilities also include coordinating with marketing and project teams, maintaining accurate sales reports, tracking market trends and competitor activities, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The role may also involve mentoring junior sales team members and contributing ideas to improve sales processes and performance.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in real estate or related industries preferred.
- Customer relationship management abilities, including lead handling, follow-up, and post-sale support.
- Knowledge of local real estate markets in Kerala, especially Kozhikode, Thrissur and Kochi, and familiarity with apartments and flats.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and local languages as an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple prospects, maintain accurate documentation, and meet sales targets.
- Comfort with basic computer applications and CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and a customer-focused approach in all interactions.
