Admission Counselor / Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Admission Counselor / Sales Executive who can convert student enquiries into admissions through calls, WhatsApp follow-ups, and parent counseling. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, handling objections, and closing admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Call and qualify student and parent leads.
- Counsel parents about Abroad opportunities.
- Handle enquiries through WhatsApp and phone calls.
- Follow up consistently until admission is completed.
- Explain fee structure, hostel facilities, visa process, and university details.
- Schedule parent meetings and online counseling sessions.




- Maintain lead updates in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills in Tamil.
- Proficient English communication.
- Confidence in speaking with parents.
- Robust follow-up and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work under admission-season targets.
- Education counseling, telesales, or inside sales experience is preferred.

Working Hours

- Monday to Saturday
- 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Additional follow-up calls during peak admission season when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
