About the Role
Valummel Jewellery is looking for a confident, well-presented, and customer-focused SALES GIRL to join our showroom in Mananthavady. The ideal candidate should enjoy interacting with customers, have a passion for jewellery and fashion, and be committed to providing an excellent showroom experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable gold jewellery and other products.
- Explain jewellery designs, pricing, making charges, offers, and product details.
- Present jewellery collections confidently and professionally.
- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Maintain proper presentation and display of jewellery.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with the billing and showroom teams as required.
- Ensure the showroom maintains a premium and welcoming workplace.
Candidate Profile
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and qualified appearance.
- Confident and comfortable interacting with customers.
- Strong interest in sales and customer service.
- Previous experience in jewellery or retail sales is an advantage.
