- Assist customers in selecting ethnic wear, sarees, lehengas, Indo-Western outfits and jewellery according to their preferences.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming in-store experience.
- Handle product display, stock arrangement, tagging and basic inventory management.
- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets and support the overall growth of the store.
- Maintain proper presentation and visual merchandising of clothing and jewellery.
- Handle billing, customer follow-ups and basic store-related responsibilities.
- Maintain professional grooming, communication and a positive attitude.
Candidate Requirements
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Prior experience in ethnic wear, fashion retail, jewellery or boutique sales will be preferred.
- Presentable personality with a strong sense of fashion and styling.
- Fresher candidates with good communication and a willingness to learn may also apply.
