Role Description; This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in East part of India .

The Sales

Executive will focus on promoting and selling Trios the Best poultry cage mats to breeders, layer farms, integrators, and distributors in the region. Daily responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new leads, visiting farms and partner locations,



conducting product demonstrations, and explaining technical benefits such as durability, hygiene, and reduced egg breakage. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, preparing quotes, negotiating terms, and closing deals, while maintaining solid relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and service-oriented support.

The Sales

Executive will also gather market feedback, collaborate with internal teams to refine offerings, and participate in local industry events and outreach activities.

Requirements

- Sales/business development experience is preferred.
- Experience in the poultry or agricultural sector will be an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Freshers with good communication and willingness to travel may also apply.
