Role Overview: Smartix is seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executives to represent our brand at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad. The role involves engaging with customers, promoting Smartix products and ensuring excellent brand visibility in a energetic airport retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Actively promote Smartix products and build strong brand awareness among airport passengers
- Approach customers, explain product features and demonstrate usage effectively
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
- Maintain product displays, ensure stock availability and uphold brand standards
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing teams
- Follow company policies, procedures and promotional guidelines
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports to account managers




- Ensure compliance with airport security rules and retail operational protocols
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional sales counter
- Coordinate with airport retail staff, supervisors and internal teams for smooth operations
- Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
- Support stock replenishment, inventory checks and product rotation
- Maintain grooming and appearance standards as required in airport retail

Requirements
- Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to confidently engage and influence customers
- Energetic, proactive and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic airport environment
- Flexibility to work 12-hour rotational shifts, including day and night schedules
- Must be eligible for airport security clearance and required passes
- Basic computer knowledge for reporting and inventory updates
- Proficiency in Hindi and English is preferred for effective communication with internal teams and customers
- Multilingual ability is an added advantage
