Role Description The Sales Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting SHRS recruitment, staffing, and HR solutions.

The Sales

Executive will conduct client meetings, understand staffing and HR requirements, prepare proposals, and follow up to close deals. Daily responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, achieving set targets, coordinating with internal recruitment and operations teams, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools. The role also requires market research, participation in networking or campus events, and providing regular reports and feedback to management.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
- Client relationship management skills,



with the ability to understand client needs and provide suitable HR and staffing solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to negotiate and handle objections professionally.
- Basic understanding of recruitment, staffing, or HR services and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Experience working with CRM or sales tracking tools and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Proven ability to work towards targets, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client engagements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field; prior experience in B2c sales or b2b sales is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru and travel locally for client meetings when required.
