Education - Graduate/M.B.A in Marketing Opening - 01 Post

Experience - 05-08 Years

Location - Gurgaon (Haryana)

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and profitability goals.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular visits, meetings, and effective communication.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new market segments and channels to expand the company's customer base.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports to inform strategic planning and decision-making.




- Ensure sales performance, collection plan, re-order against targets and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and supply chain to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and support to junior sales team members to enhance their performance and career development.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable deals and contracts.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market information.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
