Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential customers through calls, meetings, referrals, and other sales channels.
- Generate new leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations when required.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, orders, and sales activities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide feedback to management.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales or business development preferred.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
