We are looking for a Sales Executive to join a leading Premium Home Furnishing & Lifestyle Brand in Bengaluru.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable products, and achieving sales targets. Candidates with experience in premium retail, furniture, home dcor, interiors, lifestyle or luxury brands will be preferred.

Role & Responsibilities

Welcome and engage with customers visiting the store.

Understand customer requirements, preferences and budgets.

Recommend suitable furniture, home furnishing and lifestyle products.

Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.

Explain product features, specifications, pricing and offers.

Handle customer queries and provide a premium buying experience.

Generate leads from walk-ins and actively follow up with prospective customers.

Build strong relationships with customers and drive repeat business/referrals.

Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay updated on new products and collections.





Coordinate with the store and operations teams for smooth order processing and delivery.

Maintain accurate customer details, sales records and follow-up reports.

Ensure the showroom is maintained as per brand and visual merchandising standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline.

25 years of experience in retail/showroom sales preferred.

Experience in premium/luxury retail, furniture, home furnishing, home dcor, interiors or lifestyle brands is highly preferred.

Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident, well-groomed and customer-oriented personality.

Good selling, negotiation and convincing skills.

Target-driven with a strong passion for sales.

Ability to understand customer needs and provide consultative product recommendations.

Experience handling premium/HNI customers will be an added advantage.
