What you'll do

- Work a personal database of landlord contacts end-to-end outreach, nurture, evaluation, pitch, negotiation and close. No hand-off to anyone else at any stage.
- Run consultative sales conversations primarily over video call present LHS's program, handle objections, negotiate terms, ask for the commitment.
- Stay in patient, non-pushy contact with contacts who aren't ready yet the right moment (a property going vacant, a landlord tiring of self-management) can be months away, and you need to be the trusted contact when it arrives.
- Visit landlords or properties in person when the situation calls for it not the default mode of the job, but a real and expected part of it.
- Log every interaction and manage your pipeline through CRM/cadence tools with a large, active contact book, memory alone won't hold it.
- Generate some of your own pipeline through outreach; work inbound leads from marketing/referrals as well.

Preferred candidate profile

- A track record of owning a customer relationship yourself, by phone or video,



from first contact through to a signed commitment real estate background is not required.
- Backgrounds that transfer well: used-car sales, insurance or NBFC direct/agency sales (not a bank processing desk), EdTech/e-learning consultative sales, channel-partner or broker-empanelment roles, or a real-estate acquisition role at a platform like NoBroker, Stanza Living, Zolo or Colive.
- Comfortable holding and working a large book of relationships over an unpredictable, sometimes months-long cycle not just chasing quick, transactional closes.
- Self-directed you decide what to do with your day; there's no queue or script handing you your next call.
- Functional English is fine. You don't need to be a polished NRI-consultant.
- Own two-wheeler, for the visits that do come up.

Compensation Details: Fixed Component : 3Lakh to 5 Lakhs

Incentives : Presentation & Deal (Uncapped)

At Target Earnings : Rs. 42500+
