Job Summary
Panchsheel Filters Private Limited is looking for Sales Executive to develop business for its industrial filtration products and solutions. The role involves lead generation, customer visits, understanding customer requirements, preparing quotations and following up on enquiries.
This is a field-sales role involving approximately 15 days of travel every month.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers across relevant industries, OEMs and end users.
- Generate leads through calls, email, LinkedIn, references and market visits.
- Make customer calls, arrange meetings and conduct customer visits.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team for suitable solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and enquiries.
- Maintain customer and prospect information in the CRM.
- Develop relationships with purchase, production, maintenance and engineering teams.
- Track competitors and market opportunities.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Work towards agreed sales and business development targets.
Candidate Profile
- 0–2 years of experience; freshers with the right aptitude may apply.
- Technical qualification preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable with cold calling and customer interaction.
- Willing to travel approximately 15 days per month.
- Target-oriented, energetic and commercially driven.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
- Interested in building a career in industrial B2B sales.
