Paathshala is a personalized online learning platform serving K–12 students across India (LKG to Class 12). Instead of crowded mass batches, we match students with mentors for 1-on-1 academic coaching, wellness, and essential life skills.

The Role

We are looking for a natural communicator who loves talking to people and building trust.

In this role, you won't be reading aggressive, robotic sales scripts. You will speak with parents who have reached out to us, understand their child's academic needs with genuine empathy, and help them schedule a free 1-on-1 trial class.

What We Are Looking For (The #1 Requirement):

- Bilingual Fluency (English & Hindi) : You must be able to hold smooth, articulate, and confident conversations in both English and Hindi .
- Natural Ability to Connect : You are warm, empathetic, and a great listener.



Parents should feel like they are talking to a trusted family counselor, not a telemarketer.
- Clear & Persuasive Communicator : You know how to explain value simply and guide conversations toward a explicit next step without being pushy.
- Drive & Coachability : You take ownership of your daily calls, follow up diligently on WhatsApp, and are eager to learn and improve every day.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to interested parents who submitted inquiries through our ads and website (no cold calling from random lists).
- Understand the child's grade, syllabus, and learning challenges through friendly, diagnostic questions.
- Pitch the benefits of our personalized 1-on-1 learning model and book free demo sessions.
- Follow up with parents post-demo to answer questions and complete enrollments.
