We are looking for a Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, showroom sales and AV solution sales across our Home Theater, Hi-Fi, Audio, Video and Commercial AV categories.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle walk-in, phone, website and digital enquiries professionally.
- Understand customer requirements, budget and usage before recommending products.
- Present and demonstrate Home Theater, Hi-Fi, speakers, projectors, AV receivers, soundbars and related products.
- Share quotations and follow up with customers until closure.
- Convert enquiries into sales while maintaining healthy margins.
- Coordinate with the technical team for site visits, system design, installation and commissioning.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update CRM/enquiry records.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Ensure excellent customer experience before and after the sale.
- Stay updated on products, technologies, specifications and competitor offerings.
- Maintain showroom presentation, product displays and demonstration areas.

Desired Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in AV,



consumer electronics, luxury retail, home automation, appliances or related industries.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them in simple language.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Good follow-up discipline.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, Excel/Google Sheets and CRM software.
- Presentable and qualified personality.

Compensation Fixed salary + performance-based incentives, based on experience and capability.
