The Clothing Store Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers, providing product information, maintaining proper product displays, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide friendly and skilled assistance.

- Understand customer requirements and help them select suitable clothing.

- Provide information about product features, sizes, colour, prices, and offers.

- Assist customers with selecting and trying garments.

- Maintain proper arrangement and display of clothes in the showroom.

- Ensure garments are properly folded, hung, tagged, and organized.

- Assist customers with exchanges and returns as per store policy.

- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.

- Assist with billing, packing, and other customer-service activities when required.

- Support receiving and arranging new stock.

- Assist in stock checking and inform the Store Manager about shortages or damaged items.

- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the showroom and sales area.

- Ensure products are kept safely and properly.

- Maintain good communication and coordination with other staff members.

- Provide support during busy periods, festivals, promotions, and special events.

- Follow company policies, store procedures, and customer-service standards.





- Perform other duties assigned by the Store Manager.

Experience

- Previous experience in clothing, retail, showroom, or customer service will be an advantage.

- Freshers with good communication and customer-service skills may also be considered.
