About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience and a solid understanding of the sales process.

The ideal candidate should be confident in handling leads, understanding client requirements, pitching services, negotiating with prospects, and closing deals. This role offers a fixed salary of ₹20,000 along with an attractive 30% incentive on every successfully closed deal.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Conduct sales calls, follow-ups, meetings, and presentations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close deals effectively.
- Follow up consistently with potential clients and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and deal status.




- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding after closing.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
- Robust understanding of sales and lead conversion.
- Proven ability to close deals and achieve targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong convincing and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Experience in selling services, digital marketing, advertising, IT, or similar solutions will be an added advantage.

Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month
- Incentive: 30% on every successfully closed deal
- No upper limit on earning potential based on performance.
