Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales to generate leads, handle prospective clients, conduct site visits, and drive sales closures. The ideal candidate should have robust communication, convincing, and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and follow up with prospective buyers and leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Negotiate with customers and assist in closing deals.
- Maintain daily sales and lead records in CRM/Excel.




- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team for documentation and booking processes.
- Stay updated on property inventory, pricing, offers, and market trends.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good follow-up and client-handling skills.
- Presentable and confident personality.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM.
- Candidates with experience in residential/commercial real estate sales will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
