Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Rajkot, focused on FRP and related railing solutions.

The Sales

Executive will identify and approach prospective clients, build relationships with contractors and architech promote the company’s range of FRP products . Daily responsibilities include meeting customers, understanding project requirements, preparing and presenting quotations, negotiating terms, and closing sales. The role also involves coordinating with production and installation teams to ensure timely delivery, maintaining accurate sales records, and providing post-sale support.

The Sales

Executive is expected to track market trends, gather customer feedback, and contribute to sales strategies to grow the business in the region.





Qualifications

- Proven experience in FRP products or building materials sales, preferably in railings, partitions, or interior products.
- Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills, with the ability to present technical features in a explicit, solution-oriented manner.
- Ability to understand architectural drawings, project specifications, and site requirements is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and local languages, with a professional, customer-focused approach.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently on-site.
- Basic computer proficiency for maintaining records, preparing quotations, and reporting (e.g., MS Office, email).
- Prior field sales experience in Rajkot or surrounding regions is preferred; valid willingness to travel locally for client visits.
- Relevant educational background in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is beneficial, though strong industry experience may substitute.
