1. Academic Subject-Matter Understanding (Core Skill Requirement)
- Must have a good working understanding of academic work/assignment structures (subjects, types of assignments, formatting styles, common academic requirements, etc.).
- This knowledge should be strong enough to consult clients directly on the call — understand what the client actually needs, ask the right clarifying questions, and guide them, rather than just noting requirements passively.
- Should be able to identify the right category/type of service the client needs and set correct expectations on the call itself.
- Ongoing training/updates will be provided, but base ability to grasp academic requirements confidently is expected from day one.
1. CRM &
- Tools Proficiency
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms — logging leads, updating call statuses, tracking follow-ups, and maintaining accurate client records.
- Comfortable learning the company's specific CRM tool quickly if not already familiar with it.
- Expected to keep CRM data updated in real time (not in batches at day-end), so reporting stays accurate.
1. AI Proficiency &
- Initiative
- Comfortable using AI tools to optimize daily work — e.g., drafting/refining client emails faster, researching leads, summarizing requirements, or improving call scripts.
- Expected to proactively bring recent ideas/initiatives to improve personal or team workflow, not just follow existing process passively.
- Preference given to candidates who show a habit of self-improving their own efficiency using available tools/technology.
1. Lead Generation (Self-Sourced)
- Not limited to company-provided leads/database — expected to actively build your own pipeline.
- Reach out on multiple social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook groups, relevant forums, etc.)
to identify and connect with potential clients.
- Re-engage old/converted clients periodically to check for repeat business or referrals.
- Actively ask converted clients for references to new leads, and follow up on those references.
- Maintain a running log of self-sourced leads separate from company-assigned leads, for tracking and credit purposes.
1. Sales &
- Revenue Generation (Primary KRA)
- Make 150–180 outbound calls per day (includes both company-provided and self-sourced leads).
- Maintain a minimum daily conversion rate of 1–2%.
- Track and report daily call counts, lead sources, and conversions to your reporting manager.
1. Client Onboarding
- Once a client is converted, immediately create a dedicated WhatsApp group for that client.
- Add the assigned Account Manager to the group and formally introduce them to the client.
- Ensure the handoff is smooth — the client should know exactly who to contact going forward.
1. Requirement Documentation (Assignment/Requirement Mail)
- Collect the client's complete requirements during or right after the sales call.
- Draft a formal requirement email following the company's standard format (SOP/template shared during onboarding).
- The email must accurately capture all details the client shared, since this becomes the basis for work delivery.
- Send this mail to the relevant internal team (and CC the client/account manager, as per process) before work begins.
1. Payment Follow-up &
- Reconciliation
- Ensure payment is collected from the client as per agreed terms.
- Confirm that the payment has actually been credited/reflected in the company's bank account.
- Follow up proactively on any pending or delayed payments.
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
