Roles and Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to generate leads through cold calling, telemarketing, and telesales.
- Identify potential customers' needs and provide solutions by showcasing products such as jewelry, watches, and other luxury items.
- Build relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by management for lead generation, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-4 years of experience in B2C sales or related field (jewelry industry preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably B.Tech in Computers).
- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
- Robust convincing power to close deals over phone calls.
