Are you a senior sales leader who knows how to build revenue, win enterprise customers and build high-performing teams?

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Director to join our fast-growing IT Consulting & Services organization, focused on Digital Transformation, Data & AI innovation.

- Location: Mohali / Remote.
- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Reports To: Founder / CEO.
- Compensation: ₹18–20 LPA + Incentives.

What You’ll Lead ✅ Develop and execute scalable sales & GTM strategies.

✅ Drive new customer acquisition and new logo sales.

✅ Identify target markets, customer segments, and revenue opportunities.

✅ Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.

✅ Develop strategic customer and partner relationships.

✅ Lead negotiations and close high-value deals.

✅ Own pipeline, forecasting, CRM, and sales performance.

✅ Work closely with the Founder, Marketing, Product & Customer Success. teams

What We’re Looking For

✅ 10+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in IT, SaaS, Consulting, or Technology.

✅ MBA from a reputed institute.

✅ Proven success in startup or high-growth environments.

✅ Strong leadership, negotiation, communication & storytelling skills.





✅ Data-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace.

✅ Experience building and scaling sales teams.

⭐ Bonus: Experience selling IT services, software consulting, managed solutions or working in a founder-led sales environment.
