Andani Digital Engineering (ADE) is a digital engineering and BIM/VDC consultancy providing BIM modeling, MEP coordination, clash detection, QA/QC, Revit production, and VDC support to construction and MEP contractors across international markets.

About the Role:

We are looking for an entry-level Sales Development & Market Research Associate to help ADE build its international client pipeline.

Your primary responsibility will be to research potential companies, identify decision-makers, conduct cold outreach, follow up with prospects, and maintain the sales pipeline.

A significant part of the role involves repetitive international cold outreach through email and LinkedIn. You should be comfortable contacting new companies every day, handling rejection, and consistently following up.

Key Responsibilities

● Research and identify potential international clients.

● Identify relevant decision-makers within target companies.

● Conduct cold email and LinkedIn outreach.

● Follow up with prospects and maintain outreach sequences.

● Identify buying signals such as current projects, hiring, growth, and company expansion.

● Maintain accurate lead information in CRM and spreadsheets.

● Qualify interested prospects and schedule conversations with the ADE team.

● Track outreach activity and pipeline performance.

Education & Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or a related field, such as BMS, BBA, B.Com with Marketing/Sales specialization, or equivalent.

● Fresh graduates are welcome; prior professional sales experience is not required.

● Candidates should have a working understanding of basic marketing and sales concepts,



business communication, market research, and lead generation.

● Strong analytical thinking, research ability, communication skills, and ability to learn independently are important.

This is an entry-level role, but we are looking for candidates with a strong academic/business foundation who can learn quickly and take ownership of their work.

Technical Skills & Tools

Candidates should already be comfortable with:

● LinkedIn — professional research and networking

● Microsoft Excel — spreadsheets, sorting/filtering, basic formulas and data organization

● Google Workspace — Gmail, Sheets, Docs and Drive

● Internet Research — efficiently researching companies, people and business information

● CRM / Sales Tools — familiarity is preferred; training can be provided for tools such as HubSpot, Apollo or similar platforms

● Microsoft Word & PowerPoint

● AI Tools — using tools such as ChatGPT effectively for research and productivity

You will initially focus on Market Research & Sales Development, with the opportunity to grow into Business Development and International Sales as ADE expands.

Pay: ₹31,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
