Role: Sales Development Representative / Business Development Executive — Botmenia (Remote, India-only)

Own outbound for Botmenia's agentic CRM — find, qualify, and book meetings with B2B SaaS/tech revenue teams (50–500 seats), using the same product you'll be selling.

What you'll do

Run daily outbound prospecting against Botmenia's ICP (B2B SaaS and tech companies, 50–500 employees, revenue teams actively hiring SDRs/AEs or scaling GTM). Qualify inbound leads from bizmenia.com. Book discovery calls for the founder. Log every touch, note, and outcome inside Botmenia CRM itself — you'll work daily in the same Leads module (scouting, lead intelligence, cadences, nurturing) that the product ships to customers, so your day-to-day is also live product testing.

Report weekly pipeline numbers: leads sourced, qualified, meetings booked, meetings held.

Who you are

1–3 years in SDR/BDR/inside sales, ideally selling into SaaS or tech buyers. Comfortable with cold outbound (LinkedIn, email, calls) and CRM-driven workflows. Self-directed — this is a solo-founder team, no hand-holding. Based in India preferred (IST-aligned),



open to remote candidates elsewhere who can work IST hours.

Compensation

₹15,000–25,000/month base stipend (contract, not full time employment) + 8–10% commission on revenue from deals you source that close, uncapped. Structured as contract-to-hire: strong performers over 90 days move to a full-time role with equity. This is explicitly a pre-revenue startup — the pitch to candidates should be upside and ownership, not stability.
