Sales Coordinator - Logistics & Pricing (Male)

Location: Edappally, Kochi Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree – Mandatory

Experience: Minimum 2+ Years in Logistics & Pricing

Shift: 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM (Irish Time)

Salary: ₹35000-₹45,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator – Logistics & Pricing to support sales, procurement, logistics operations, and pricing activities. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in logistics and pricing, along with hands-on experience in procurement and freight pricing.

The candidate should have excellent English communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with International customers, suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, vendors, and internal teams for sales and logistics activities.
- Prepare freight quotations, pricing proposals, and rate sheets based on customer requirements.
- Source, compare,



and negotiate freight rates with shipping lines and logistics vendors.
- Handle procurement activities, including vendor sourcing, rate negotiation, and purchase coordination.
- Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, bookings, and shipment requirements while maintaining accurate records.
- Support the sales and operations teams to ensure competitive pricing, smooth coordination, and timely shipment execution

Requirements

- Male candidates preferred
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, pricing, or related areas.
- Experience in procurement and vendor coordination is required.
- Solid knowledge of freight pricing, quotations, costing, and rate negotiation.
- Excellent English communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and logistics/shipping processes.
