- We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing customer enquiries, quotations, sales orders, order processing, dispatch coordination and follow-ups
- The candidate will coordinate with customers, sales executives, production, stores, dispatch and accounts teams to ensure timely execution of orders
- Responsibilities include maintaining sales records, preparing MIS reports, tracking pending orders and payments, handling customer communication, updating CRM/ERP systems and providing administrative support to the sales team
