Role & responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Management: Generate, qualify, and manage leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other digital channels.
- Customer Calling & Conversion: Connect with prospective customers, understand their requirements, explain suitable products/services, and convert leads into sales.
- Existing Customer Management: Maintain regular communication with existing customers to drive repeat purchases, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Sales Target Achievement: Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Product Knowledge: Develop strong knowledge of Esskay's products, brands, offers, pricing, and ongoing schemes to effectively communicate with customers.
- Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads, prospects, and customers to ensure maximum conversion and closure.
- Order Processing: Coordinate with the relevant teams for order booking, billing, dispatch, and delivery-related requirements.
- Customer Relationship Management:



Build and maintain solid relationships with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Sales Reporting & MIS: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, conversions, orders, follow-ups, and sales performance; share regular MIS reports with management.
- Market Feedback: Gather customer feedback and market insights and communicate them to the sales/management team.
- Coordination: Coordinate with Field Sales, Warehouse, Accounts, Customer Service, and other relevant departments for smooth order execution.
- Collection Support: Follow up with customers for pending payments wherever required and coordinate with the Accounts team.
- Customer Issue Resolution: Address basic customer queries and coordinate internally for timely resolution of complaints and concerns.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor individual sales performance, conversion ratios, follow-up effectiveness, and lead-to-order conversion.
