We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to bridge the gap between our sales engineering team, project execution managers, and service departments. In this role, you will manage proposal documentation, track project milestones from handoff to completion, process Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), and act as the primary administrative point of contact for clients.

1. Project Sales Coordination

- Assist the sales team in preparing tenders, RFPs, commercial quotations, and project cost estimates.
- Coordinate with engineering and estimation teams to compile accurate technical submittals and specifications.
- Track project sales leads, update CRM records, and schedule client follow-up meetings.
- Facilitate the formal handover of won contracts from the sales team to the Project Management team.

2. Service & Maintenance Coordination

- Log, process, and track service requests, maintenance tickets, and spare parts inquiries.




- Issue quotes for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), service visits, and out-of-warranty repairs.
- Schedule service engineers and technicians for preventative maintenance visits and site inspections.
- Monitor service SLAs to ensure client maintenance contracts are fulfilled on schedule.

3. Account Administration & Logistics

- Process Purchase Orders (POs) and issue formal Order Acknowledgments to clients.
- Work with procurement and logistics teams to track long-lead materials and equipment dispatches for active project sites.
- Collaborate with finance to follow up on project billing milestones, service invoices, and payment collections.
- Maintain organized digital archives of project contracts, warranties, handover certificates, and service histories.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
