Position Summary

- To effectively manage customer enquiries and convert into sales orders.

- 1+ years of customer enquiry and sales order conversion

Sales Team Lead

Qualification

- A degree in communication, marketing or social media is preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

Must Have

- Good theoretical understanding of the sales funnel.
- Good customer handling and negotiation skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of computer systems and software like MS Word, Excel and MS Powerpoint
- Should be able to address customer concerns, complaints,



questions and sales enquiries via the existing and emerging social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp) and offline/phone calls.
- Good ability to maintain consistent KPI levels personally.

Should Have

- Keenness to learn newer technologies/processes that help achieve team goals.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills and be a good team player.

Could Have

- Keenness to learn newer technologies/processes that help achieve team goals.
- Knowledge of any CRM tool (preferably Zoho CRM) to manage the entire CRM process
- Expert level knowledge of MS Excel (especially Pivot Tables) for data analysis.
- Industry knowledge with respect to the wedding/fashion industry.
