Role Description The Sales Business Development role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The role involves identifying and developing new leads, nurturing prospective students, and promoting ACCA and related courses through direct outreach, events, and partnerships. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, managing inquiries, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting the admissions and counseling process.





The team member will collaborate with faculty and management to refine sales strategies, track performance metrics, and contribute to growth initiatives. The role also includes preparing presentations, updating CRM records, and ensuring a high-quality experience for all prospective and enrolled students.

Qualifications

- Solid Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive positioning.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, address queries, and build long-term relationships.
- Proven ability in Lead Generation and pipeline management, preferably in education, training, or professional courses.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field; exposure to finance or accounting education is an advantage.
- Comfort with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms; ability to work collaboratively in an academic environment.
