About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing day-to-day sales activities, coordinating with customers, and ensuring smooth order processing and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in sales coordination, customer support, or a similar role.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of daily sales activities.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and order-related coordination.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS, quotations, invoices, and other sales documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, accounts, logistics, and dispatch to ensure timely order processing.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM/ERP systems.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, deliveries, and other requirements.
- Assist the sales team in achieving targets through effective coordination and timely communication.




- Track sales leads and follow up on pending inquiries.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and provide timely support.
- Perform other administrative and coordination tasks related to the sales function.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Executive, Customer Support Executive, or in a similar role.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Experience with CRM/ERP software will be an added advantage.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.

Education Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with a background in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field will be preferred.
