Role Description The Sales Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Indore. This role involves engaging with prospective buyers and property owners, understanding their requirements, and presenting suitable residential, commercial, and agricultural property options.

The Sales

Associate will conduct site visits, maintain detailed property listings, and support clients through negotiations and closure of deals. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, maintaining accurate records of leads and sales activities, and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets.



The role also requires staying informed about local market trends and upcoming projects to provide informed guidance to clients.

Qualifications

- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to manage property transactions effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients and property owners.
- Basic knowledge of real estate markets, particularly in Indore and surrounding areas, including residential, commercial, and agricultural properties.
- Ability to conduct property site visits, prepare presentations, and maintain organized property and client records.
- Comfort with using phones, messaging apps, and basic computer tools for lead management and follow-ups.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
- Prior experience in real estate sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree in business, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
