Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive / Sales Associate to join our FMCG sales team. The candidate will be responsible for market visits, retailer and distributor management, outlet expansion, order generation and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits across assigned urban and rural markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors and channel partners.
- Identify and onboard new retailers and business outlets.
- Generate orders and drive primary and secondary sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure product availability, visibility and proper placement at outlets.
- Follow up on orders, payments and stock availability.
- Manage assigned territory and ensure effective outlet coverage.
- Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities.
- Support promotional activities, schemes and product launches.
- Maintain regular sales reports, daily visit reports and MIS.




- Coordinate with distributors to ensure smooth order and supply management.

Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG / Food Sales preferred.
- Experience in General Trade / Traditional Trade will be an advantage.
- Experience handling retailers, distributors or outlets.
- Valuable knowledge of the local market.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
- Willing to travel within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
