Sales Associate – Multi-Channel Sales

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month, depending on experience and skills + Incentive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Associate with good English communication skills to handle sales across multiple channels, including B2B, B2C, Export/Import, E-commerce, and Government Tenders.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up with B2B and B2C leads.
- Communicate with domestic and international customers through calls, email and WhatsApp.
- Develop new customers and maintain existing client relationships.
- Support export sales, quotations, enquiries and buyer communication.
- Assist in e-commerce sales and product enquiries.
- Coordinate with the procurement, operations and tender teams.
- Maintain lead,



quotation and sales records in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.

Requirements

- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email and CRM.
- Sales/business development mindset.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
- Freshers can apply; sales experience will be preferred.
- Candidates with B2B, export, e-commerce or tender experience will have an advantage.

Compensation: Salary will be based on experience, skills and interview performance, with incentives for achieving targets. Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
