Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to expand our market presence, drive sales growth, and enhance brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand our customer base within the FMCG, pharmaceutical, and other relevant sectors.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, understand industry trends, and stay ahead of competitors.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their packaging requirements.
- Product Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns that highlight the benefits and features of our PET products.
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications




- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

- Freshers may also apply
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the packaging or FMCG/pharmaceutical industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
