Job Title: Sales Assistant – Architectural Hardware (Aluminium Doors & Windows)

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (Field / Retail Visits)

Experience: Freshers welcome or 1–3 years in B2B/trade sales (Hardware, Building Materials, or Glass/Aluminium fittings preferred)

Role Overview

You will be responsible for driving daily counter-sales support, field visits, and network expansion targeting retail aluminium fabricators and retail hardware traders. You will act as the primary liaison between local trade buyers and internal dispatch/order fulfillment teams.

Key Responsibilities

Market Coverage & Lead Generation: Visit retail fabricator workshops and hardware shops daily to pitch architectural hardware (handles, friction stays, multipoint locks, rollers, hinges, weatherstrips, gaskets).

Order Processing & Coordination: Collect product requirements, create price estimates/quotations, process bookings, and follow up with the warehouse/dispatch team to ensure on-time delivery.

Client Retention & Relationship Building: Maintain ongoing relationships with trade counters and fabricators to ensure repeat orders and share new catalog updates or promotional schemes.

Product Demonstrations: Walk fabricators through technical features, load-bearing capacities,



and installation ease of aluminium door and window fittings.

Payment & Sample Follow-ups: Assist in collecting outstanding receivables from retail traders and manage product sample distribution to workshop owners.

Reporting: Maintain daily visit logs, log quotation statuses, and report competitor pricing/schemes to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: High school diploma, Diploma in Engineering, or Bachelor’s degree (BA/B.Com/BBA).

Experience: 0–3 years of experience in retail field sales. Prior exposure to architectural hardware, uPVC/aluminium fittings, building materials, or glass hardware is a strong plus.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi; functional English for email/catalog reading.

Mobility: Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and a personal two-wheeler for local market travel.

Key Traits: Positive negotiation skills, basic numeracy for order sizing/discounts, and a proactive field presence.
