We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join a well-established medical shop with a 25-year legacy, located in a central market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the sales team in day-to-day sales and administrative activities.
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, proposals, and other sales documents.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales data, and follow-up details.
- Coordinate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, payments, and product requirements.




- Support lead generation, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
- Update CRM systems and maintain sales reports.
- Coordinate with operations, accounts, logistics, and customer support teams.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, reports, and business documents.
