Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales role based in Kanpur. The Sales professional will welcome customers, understand their style preferences, and recommend suitable products to create complete looks. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding customers through product features, sizes, and fits, handling billing and payments, and ensuring accurate cash and inventory handling.

The role also involves maintaining visual merchandising standards, keeping the store clean and organized, and assisting with stock replenishment and product displays. The Sales professional will work closely with the store team to meet sales targets,



support promotions, and ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Sales and retail skills, such as product presentation, upselling and cross-selling, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Basic store operations skills, including cash handling, billing, and inventory or stock management.
- Interest in fashion, with an eye for style, color coordination, and current trends to advise customers confidently.
- Effective communication skills in spoken English and local languages, with a qualified and respectful demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible hours (including weekends and holidays), and collaborate in a team environment.
- Prior experience in fashion retail or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent education.
