Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time role based in Lucknow with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some tasks to be completed from home. This role involves developing and executing sales and marketing strategies for the company’s e-commerce, IT solutions, home décor, and petroleum-related offerings.

Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, managing customer inquiries, presenting product and service offerings, and supporting the sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The specialist will contribute to digital and offline marketing campaigns, prepare promotional materials,



and collaborate with internal teams to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. The role also includes maintaining strong customer relationships, gathering market feedback, and providing input to improve services and training activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to present solutions effectively.
