Sales Executive –

Position: Sales ExecutiveDepartment: Sales & MarketingReporting To: Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities

● Generate new leads through field visits, references, dealers, builders, architects, and contractors.

● Meet customers and understand their requirements.

● Promote and sell company products and services.

● Prepare quotations and follow up with customers regularly.

● Negotiate with customers and convert enquiries into orders.

● Maintain strong relationships with existing and current customers.

● Coordinate with the technical, production, and installation teams for smooth execution of orders.

● Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

● Maintain daily sales activity and customer follow-up reports.

● Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

● Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.

● Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.

Required Skills





● Good communication and interpersonal skills.

● Strong negotiation and convincing ability.

● Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.

● Willingness to travel for field sales.

● Basic computer/MS Office knowledge.

● Previous experience in building materials, uPVC, aluminium windows, doors, or construction products will be an advantage.

Experience: 0-5 years in sales preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
