Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Jamnagar, with some flexibility for work from home. The specialist will manage sales activities, build and maintain customer relationships, and promote the company’s product portfolio across domestic and international markets.

Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, preparing quotations and proposals, conducting product presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order execution.



The role involves developing and implementing marketing campaigns, managing digital and offline marketing initiatives, and supporting participation in trade shows and industry events. The specialist will also provide training and product knowledge support to customers, distributors, and internal team members to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Customer service and relationship management skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term client partnerships.
- Proven sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
- Experience in sales management and training, with the ability to guide sales processes and support learning for team members and channel partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; relevant technical knowledge of brass and metal components is an advantage.
- Familiarity with industrial markets such as electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, pneumatic, textile, or automotive is preferred.
- Ability to use CRM tools and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) to manage sales data and prepare reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented approach and readiness to travel as required.
