Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Intern. The intern will assist in promoting financial products and services, including mutual funds, insurance, and loan offerings, through digital and direct outreach. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with potential and existing clients, responding to basic inquiries, and supporting customer follow-ups to drive sales opportunities.

The intern will help prepare sales materials, presentations, and simple marketing content for social media and messaging platforms.



Additional tasks may include gathering market insights, maintaining client records, and supporting training or onboarding activities for new clients as needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally across phone, chat, and email.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including basic lead generation, prospect nurturing, and an interest in financial product selling.
- Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training skills, such as organizing sales activities, tracking performance, and supporting client education on products.
- Basic understanding or interest in financial products (mutual funds, insurance, loans) and willingness to learn industry concepts.
- Comfort working remotely, with reliable internet access and the ability to manage time and tasks independently.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi and/or Bengali is an advantage.
- Pursuing or recently completed studies in business, marketing, finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
