SportsChamp is a sports infrastructure and sports services company working with schools, colleges, academies, corporates and institutions across India. We provide end-to-end solutions including sports infrastructure development, sports flooring, football turfs, basketball courts, pickleball courts, badminton courts, children’s play areas and other sports facilities.

Job Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Intern to support our business development and marketing activities. The intern will get practical exposure to B2B sales, lead generation, client communication, digital marketing and business development in the sports industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through online and offline channels.
- Identify potential clients such as schools, colleges, academies, corporates and institutions.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Make calls and communicate with potential clients to understand their requirements.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals and presentations.
- Maintain and update customer and lead databases.
- Support digital marketing activities, including social media and online promotions.
- Assist in creating marketing content for SportsChamp’s services and projects.
- Coordinate with the sales and project teams for client requirements.
- Track leads,



follow-ups and conversions.
- Participate in networking events, exhibitions, meetings and other promotional activities.
- Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation targets.

Skills Required

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Positive convincing and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable making phone calls and communicating with clients.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Social media knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Freshers and students pursuing MBA/BBA/Marketing/Sales or related courses can apply.
