Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Sales and Marketing professional at FcC. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, conducting online product demonstrations, and guiding prospective families through the enrollment process.

The professional will develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, coordinate with the teaching and operations teams to align messaging, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, providing clear information about programs and pricing, following up with prospects, managing CRM tools, and preparing regular performance reports.



The role also involves gathering market feedback to refine sales strategies, supporting promotional events such as webinars, and contributing to training materials that enhance customer engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage families, respond to inquiries, and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive enrollments, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to effectively coach prospective customers on program benefits and support internal teams on best practices.
- Proficiency with online collaboration tools, CRM systems, and basic digital marketing platforms is beneficial.
- Prior experience in education, edtech, or online services sales is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Relevant education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
