Position Summary: As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will represent a cutting-edge platform that enhances school safety and attendance through invisible monitoring and automated systems. You will generate leads, maintain client relationships, and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and brand presence in the education sector.
Roles and Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities:
Target and engage schools and educational institutions to present and sell the safety and attendance solutions.
Build trusted relationships with school administrators, principals, and decision-makers.
Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
Manage sales processes from prospecting to closing.
Meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
Gather and relay customer feedback to influence product and marketing strategies.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Marketing Responsibilities:
Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns targeting schools.
Help create marketing assets including presentations, brochures, and online content.
Participate in educational events, webinars, and conferences to promote solutions.
Track market trends and competitor activities to recommend marketing actions.
Work closely with product and support teams to ensure consistent messaging.
General Responsibilities:
Educate schools on the benefits of automated safety and attendance technologies.
Position the company as a trusted partner in school safety.
Stay informed on education safety regulations and trends.
Maintain professionalism in all external communications.
Serve as the face of the company during all outreach activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or related fields.
Experience in sales and marketing, ideally in education or technology sectors.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand and convey technical product perks simply.
Self-driven and goal-oriented with independent working capability.
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools is advantageous.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
