Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Agra, with a combination of in office work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales and Business Operations Executive will manage day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting and engaging B2B and export clients, handling inquiries, and supporting key account relationships. The role involves coordinating sales operations processes,



maintaining accurate records of leads, orders, and follow-ups, and preparing basic reports and dashboards for management.

The executive will support customer service by addressing client queries, ensuring timely responses, and assisting with order tracking and documentation. Additional responsibilities may include helping with market research, supporting pricing and negotiation discussions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Operations skills, with 3+ years of experience in managing leads, pipelines, and basic reporting.
- Candidates should possess English Communication skills, including basic written and verbal.
- Candidate must be located in Agra.
- Relevant experience in FMCG, food ingredients is a plus.
- Comfort using productivity tools and basic CRM or sales tracking systems.
- A diploma or degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is required.
